It couldn't be more convenient, everything is done automatically one after the other:

1. Heating up the grill to the target temperature (130°)
2. Smoking for the desired time (e.g. 60 minutes)
3. Then continue cooking at target temperature (130°)
4. After reaching the previously set target temperature (e.g. 92° Pulled Pork), the grill keeps warm until eating.
