Do not use chemical cleaners!Do not remove stains with water! Before you can clean the Moesta BBQ pizza stone, you must first let it cool down thoroughly. This protects you from burns and also the stone. Since the stone is exposed to strong stresses when hot, it can become brittle if it cools down too quickly.Never clean the stone under running water.
