Product description
With the hardwood pellets from Moesta-BBQ you get the typical wood pellet taste on your barbecue. There are a total of four different types of hardwood pellets. Experience a firework of different flavors that are produced by the different pellets. The wood for the pellets comes from forests and is 100% non-recycled hardwood.
The Sheriff Pellet Grill is double-walled and lined with stainless steel. When used in conjunction with the original Moesta BBQ pellets, consumption is typically 30% more economical than comparable models.
Mesquite wood pellets are well suited for smoking and grilling various types of food.
Red Meat: Mesquite smoke adds a bold and intense flavor to red meats such as beef (steaks, roasts), lamb and game.
Poultry: Chicken, duck, turkey and other poultry can be smoked with mesquite wood pellets to give them a smoky flavor.
Pork: Whether it's pork ribs, roast pork or pork belly, mesquite smoke can add an extra layer of flavor to pork.
Fish: Fish species such as salmon, trout, eel and tuna can be enhanced with mesquite smoke. The strong smoke flavor complements well the natural flavor of fish.
Vegetables: Mesquite smoke can also add an interesting note to vegetable dishes. Zucchini, peppers, eggplant and corn on the cob can be smoked to create a unique flavor.
Burgers and sausages: homemade burgers and sausages can be grilled with mesquite wood pellets to give them a smoky flavor.
Pizza: If you like a crispy, smoky flavor in your pizza, Mesquite wood pellets can be used in a pizza oven.
Cheese: Some cheeses can be smoked to give them a special flavor. Mesquite smoke can be an interesting option here.
It is important to note that the strong flavor of mesquite smoke does not go well with all foods.
