This is exactly why we have developed a barbecue thermometer - also called a meat thermometer or roast thermometer - which meets all requirements.
A digital barbecue thermometer has the task of measuring the core temperature of the meat in a short time. It must be ready for use quickly and should still be readable in the grill. Therefore, an illumination of the steak thermometer is perfect. This way you can read the optimal core temperature even in poorly lit grills.
If you want to be on the safe side: press the hold function and the Thermometer No.2 saves the core temperature.
No matter whether you are the chef in the pan, on the gas grill or on the BBQ disc. A meat thermometer always makes sense.
Our digital barbecue thermometer needs electricity and is therefore equipped with a battery. This is already included in the scope of delivery. The barbecue thermometer is delivered in high-quality packaging.
When BBQing, you don't need an extremely large temperature range, but we have designed the measuring range for temperatures between -50°C and 300°C. More important for us during the development was the super fast reaction time of 3-4 seconds.
A steak should not get big holes when measuring the temperature, because otherwise too much meat juice would come out. For this reason, we have designed the probe of the steak thermometer to be very filigree.
The barbecue thermometer should always be at hand, so we have given it an integrated magnet. So you can place the probe thermometer on all magnetic surfaces: Oven, gas grill, pellet grill or directly on the Bandit FirePlace.
