- Bake pizza

- Bake focaccia

What diameter makes sense and how thick should the pizza stone be?
We offer round cordierite pizza stones and square cordierite pizza stones.
We offer the round pizza stone with a diameter of 41 cm and 36.5 cm. The rectangular stone is dimensioned so that it is the perfect size for almost all gas grills.
There is no right or wrong here. It depends on where you want to use the stone.
A round stone is usually used on round grills or kettle grills. If the kettle grill has a diameter of over 57 cm, we recommend the pizza stone with a diameter of 41 cm.
On gas grills, the square pizza stone is popular.
With a thickness of 12mm, we have chosen the perfect combination of heat-up time and heat storage.
Thicker pizza stones often take too long to reach the required high temperature.
The result is that the first pizzas do not have a crispy base but become mushy.
