CLINTON tray is made of high quality and durable paper composite. The manufacturing process consists of soaking several layers of paper in food grade resin, cutting, stacking by hand and pressing and bonding under uniform heat and pressure. The result is a solid and balanced material that is cut into boards using modern CNC milling machines.
The board has many advantages, such as:
- natural surface
- 100% cellulose
- waterproof and dishwasher safe
- high resistance and impact resistance
- heat resistant up to 180 degrees
- food safe
- easy to clean
Unlike bamboo or wooden boards, this board can be cleaned in the dishwasher without restrictions and also protects kitchen knives by slightly scoring the surface, protecting the blade and making resharpening less frequent.
