The Churrasco'BBQ Set gives a whole new meaning to the word "spit-grilling". 
The Churrasco attachment is placed on the PizzaRing for your kettle grill or directly on the kettle grill. The Brazilian skewers included in the set can be fixed in the notches provided. 
The result is that the food on the skewers is grilled evenly from all sides.
Churrasco is a popular way from Latin America of grilling food (primarily beef) with long skewers over high heat.
Of course, you can also grill scampi, sausages, vegetables, moinkballs and much more on the churrasco set. It is simply fun to grill with the skewers over an open flame.
Picanha, for example, is crying out for the long skewers, but also gyros, kebabs, sausages, prawns, anchovies and so on... there are no limits to your imagination. 
Together with Ankerkraut, we have developed a chimichurri spice especially for Picanha, which goes perfectly with beef. Be sure to try the ChimiChurri.
On which grill does the Churrasco set fit? 
The basic requirement is a kettle grill with a diameter of 57, 60 or 67 cm. You will also need a Smokin' pizza ring and a cap.
The Churrasco attachment can also be used directly on the kettle grill under certain circumstances.
